Morning Greetings from the BIG Kids

One of the special thing about HHAI is the close relationship between the children of different ages. Every Friday morning a group of older students waits outside the art room to greet the Ganon and Peuton students walking from the CAC to the their classrooms.  The big kids get just as excited as the little kids to see each other.  This week the BIG kids lines up and gave high fives and hugs to the LITTLE kids! It was the perfect start to our day!

Chanukah Ugly Sweater Competition

The early childhood teachers are having a Chanukah Ugly Sweater competition next week.  The Ganon children helped Mrs. Levin and Mrs. Mahern to create their sweaters.

Check back next week for the final product.
The Ganon children expressed that they wanted to make their own Chanukah sweaters.
We bought t-shirts for each child to decorate because of their interest in the project.

The children are going to wear their shirts on Monday during the first school day of Chanukah and then they will be able to take it home.
