Matzah Factory

The Matzah Man (aka Rabbi Schusterman) had a matzah factory at school today. He taught the children how to make matzah. The children added flour and water. Then, they quickly kneaded the dough. Next, they rolled out the dough to be very thin. They used forks to add holes. Finally, Rabbi Schusterman added some holes with his special tool and then popped the matzah into the hot oven. We had to work quickly to have everything done in less than 18 minutes. The children ate the tasty matzah with their lunch.
