On Monday we played BINGO! We focused on recognizing numbers 1-20 during this time. After children completed their boards, they all shouted BINGO!

On Tuesday we worked on alphabet recognition while playing splat. The children used the fly swatter to splat a letter that they knew. We played two rounds of this.

On Wednesday we worked on reading comprehension skills. We read the book "If You Give A Mouse A Brownie," by Laura Numeroff. After reading the story, Ms. Alisa and the children discussed the different events that happened in the story. After discussing the story, the children drew a picture of something that happened in the story.

On Thursday we worked on patterning. The children watched Ms. Alisa and continued her pattern for the example and then made their own patterns. The children worked on AB patterning and ABC patterning.

On Friday we created art pictures with oil pastels! The children used their imagination and created anything they wanted!
