This is awesome Ganon family created an Insect Song video for our class.
We watched it to review the parts of an insect.
The children used clay to create an insect.
Each child made sure to make three parts of the body
(head, thorax, abdomen).
Then, they used pipe cleaners, tooth picks, gems, and google eyes to complete their insect. The children practiced their counting to ensure their insect had six legs.
We used bug counters during our math counting activities.
