The Ganon classroom was transformed into a theater this morning complete with a ticket booth and stage. The children welcomed family and friends to their performance venue. Each child participated in a variety of theater jobs including ticket sales, popcorn vendors and program attendees. After the audience took their seats, the children then became the actors of the story of The Mitten (adaptation of the Ukrainian folk tale), by Jan Brett . The show ended to applause and hugs from parents and grandparents who marveled at their children's creativity, stage presence and collaboration.
