Farmer's Market

The Ganon children created a Farmer's Market and sold vegetables.  First, the children picked vegetables from the EC garden.  Next, the children created labels and price tags for the vegetables.   Finally, it was time to sell the vegetables.  The children took turns running the cash register, greeting shoppers, and restocking the vegetables. The money raised at the market will be used to purchase items for the Outdoor Classroom/Garden Project.  The children thoroughly enjoyed the Farmer's Market.  The class was evenly divided about what they liked better, selling or buying the vegetables.  A giant thank you to all of the Ganon families that visited and/or sent in money for the Farmer's Market!

The Farmer's Market made everyone SMILE!
