Plate Sail

Plate sail is a favorite game during our morning meeting.  Each child has a plate with their name written on it.  I toss the plates into the middle of the circle and each child grabs the plate that has their name on it.  The children are getting really good at identifying their names and the names of their classmates.  Another version of plate sail that the children enjoy is when I hide the plates around the room and they have to go find them.
