The Ganon children have been very engaged in card and board games recently. Today, we played Connect Four, Hi, Ho Cheery-O, and Chutes and Ladders. Yesterday, we played Yahtzee, Pigeon Memory, and Number Bingo. The children requested to play Uno and Dominoes tomorrow. While playing the group games, the children are working on many Pre-K math and language skills. Board games help to improve cognitive skills, such as memory, strategy, and logic. Additionally, the children are increasing their attention span, taking turns, and following rules. Have your child tell you about their favorite board game.
