Creating Menorahs

Creating clay menorahs with Mrs. Fellegy is a special annual project for the Ganon class.  The children have spent the past two weeks working on their menorahs.

The children rolled the clay to create a long snake shape.

They measure to make sure it was almost as long as the ruler.

Then, the children choose where they wanted to place the star that will hold the shammash.

Mrs. Fellegy fired the menorahs in the kiln.
The children then painted their menorah with glaze.
