We had a another busy day in the Oak room.
Here are some highlights of our day.
We sang some Chanukah songs during davening. We also learned some new hebrew words.
We played percussion instruments during music class.
We had a guest reader. She used to be a student at our school and is now in 12th grade.
We visited the 2nd grade. The second grade is using a 3-D printer to make dreidels. They are making some for our class. During our visit, Mrs. Halperin and two second graders explained the process of making the dreidels.
We spent time in the art atelier doing Chanukah inspired art activities.
Experimenting with Oil and Water
Making Chanukah Cards
Dreidel Painting
We celebrated a birthday.
It was a day filled with smiles, laughs, and lots of learning!
