Today's art activities in the atelier continued our focus on color exploration. The children created sun catchers with contact paper and tissue paper. Sculptures were created with foam pieces, tooth picks, and wood skewers. Children also used tempera paint sticks to create colorful papers for a project tomorrow. Rainbow colored loose parts were used to create a collaborative mural. Children drew on wallpaper with markers and oil pastels. We had some very busy artists this morning!
Additionally, the children participated in some color activities during free play.
