Today, the children created their February self portraits. They created them using black sharpie. We then cut out the portraits and added them to a photo collage for each child.
We continued self portrait activities in the art atelier. Self portrait activities included large body tracings and colorings, self portraits with play dough, looking in mirrors while drawing self portraits, and self portraits with loose parts.
