Small Groups Ms Alisa

 This weeks focus:

NAMES

Monday we worked on identifying the letters in our names. We also worked on writing our names.

On Tuesday, we worked on magical water color names. The children's names were written on white paper in white crayon. The children used water color paints to find their names.

On Wednesday, we worked on making our names with loose parts. The children used liquid glue and applied it to their names and added different materials. They used foam letters, confetti, and food shaped beads.

On Thursday, we worked on writing our names by doing rainbow tracing. The children used all different colors of markers to trace their names. After using all the colors, the children wrote their names on the backs of their papers.

On Friday, we worked on dot marker names as well as writing our names on our own. The children used different colored dot markers and went over their name that was written in black marker. After using the dot markers, children worked one at a time to write their name with very little assistance from Ms. Alisa.
