Wednesday was letter day. This week's letter was D. We also spent time reviewing all of the letters that we have learned so far. We finished small group by playing Letter Splat.
Thursday was storytelling. The children drew pictures to communicate a story. Then, they dictated the story.
Ms. Alexis taught small group on Friday. She read the book Color Monsters and discussed emotions. The children completed an activity identifying and sorting emotions. They ended small group coloring and naming their own color monster.
