Rocking with the Ganon Band

The children used recycled materials to create their own instruments.  They enjoyed making their instruments and had even more fun playing their instruments.  The instrument creation center will be open to the children for the next week during centers.  We appreciate all of the awesome recycled materials that families have been sending in for us to use.

Pipe Organ

Mrs. Sloan taught the class about the pipe organ.

Snow Much Fun

The children were thrilled about the newly fallen snow this morning.  We kept finding them at the window peering out at the snow.  The class had a fun day doing many fun snow activities.

The children painted Snowy Day Pictures using paint, glue and glitter.

We filled our Sensory Table with snow.  The children colored the snow using water, food coloring and droppers.

We braved the cold for a 7 minute playtime in the snow.  (It took us 12 minutes to get all bundled up!)  One child said "It was the fastest but best outside time ever!"
