It containts four parts: lulav (palm branch), hadasim ( 3 Myrtle branches), aravot ( 2 Willow branches), and etrog (citron).
We shake the bundle in all 6 directions - forward, right, back, left, up, and down to show that Hashem is everywhere!
The Oak children got to hold, smell, shake, and say the prayer with a real lulav and etrog. We have been playing with toys ones for the past week. The children also created observational drawings of the lulav and etrog.
