One of today's favorite activities was with wikki stix. The children loved creating with the wikki stixs, which is wax infused yarn. The story behind our new set of wikki stixs is really sweet. Elkie's family wanted to do something for our Oak friend Wells after his surgery. Wells family suggested a donation to the class. The kindness from both families brought about a brand new set of wikki stixs for the class. It is a giant set with some many colors. The class is going to have so much fun with these wikki stixs this year. A giant thank you to both Elkie and Wells family!
