Rosh Hashanah fun has begun

The children have started exploring the symbols of Rosh Hashanah through play based experiences in the classroom. Shofars, rams, honey jars, bee-themed items, pomegranates, and plenty of apples have been thoughtfully placed throughout the room to inspire imaginative play and exploration. The children are naturally incorporating these symbols into their activities. Over the next few weeks, Rosh Hashanah stories, songs, and discussions will be highlighted during our morning meetings, large group times, and Judaics with Morah Schusterman. Tomorrow, we look forward to the school's annual ram visit, a beloved tradition! Rosh Hashanah is truly a joyful time in the Oak class.
