The children lined up in order from shortest to longest. Then, they used cubes to measure each other and counted how many cubes long they are.

The children drew and labeled the lifecycle of the butterfly on Tuesday.

This week's letter was letter V. While the children were working in their handwriting book, each child was assessed on uppercase and lowercase letters.
On Thursday, the children learned how to do addition problems with dominoes.

Rhyming words was the focus of Friday's small group time. The concept of rhyming continues to be a challenge for the children. We encourage families to also work on this at home. Rhyming is a skill that helps beginning readers.
