Challah Baking

Today the Ganon class was invited to Kindergarten to make challah from scratch.  Mrs. Rotstein shared her special recipe and taught us how to make challah.  We discussed all the ingredients as we added them to the recipe.  It was fun to watch as the yeast bubbled.  The challah smelled especially good as it was cooking in the kitchen.
