The Apple Market

Today was the BIG day!  It was the Oak Apple Market!  The children have been preparing for the last week for the event!

We created a mural to decorate the apple market.

We made labels for the apples.

We apple stamped to decorate the grocery bags.

We wrote thank you notes to put in the apple bags.

We made money.

We made signs for the market.

We made invitations to the market and delivered them to the other Giving Tree classes and Kindergarten.

We set up the market and arranged the apples.

We discussed the different jobs for the market and how to be good workers.

Then, we welcomed our customers to the Apple Market.  Every Giving Tree child shopped at the market, as well as the Kindergarten and 2nd grade classes.  It was a busy and fun morning at the Apple Market!
