Monday - Journal Writing
Question: What did you do over the weekend? The children journaled about going to a pumpkin patch, making a unicorn pumpkin, going on a nature walk, and playing a the park.
Tuesday - Putting numbers in order from 1 -10. Counting corresponding number of items. We began doing this as a group and then the children worked independently.
Wednesday - This week's letter is letter T. The children completed their handwriting book. They also drew pictures of objects that begin with T. We concluded our group time by playing the letter game to review the letters that we have previously learned.
Thursday - The children continued the math activities from Tuesday's small group time. Each child had a chance to work one on one with Mrs. Mahern on the math concepts.
